US Capital Partners has arranged a $1.5 million senior secured credit facility
for a growing California-based operations and logistics resource business

SAN FRANCISCO, May 2010 – US Capital Partners, Inc. ("USCP") has secured a $1.5 million senior secured credit facility for Transportation Agent Grid, LP ("TAG"), headquartered in Newark, CA. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank, direct lender, co-lender, and lead financial arranger that specializes in business loans for small to middle-market companies.

The new credit facility served to refinance TAG's previous line of credit and to finance its receivables, and will be used to support the partnership's ongoing domestic growth. TAG is a full-service operations and logistics resource business for California-based independently-owned local and regional on-call delivery companies. In 2010, TAG will be expanding its operations to Seattle and Chicago.

To support TAG's growth, USCP successfully moved the partnership's financing from a term-loan structure to a revolving line of credit based on its trade accounts receivable. Working with its affiliates, USCP successfully structured an optimal financing arrangement for TAG, maximizing the partnership's borrowing eligibility.
